How do I order?
Order Process
1) Place an order directly from our website
Step (1): Select your favor products from our product list and add them into the shopping cart
Step (2): When finish your shopping, click "Checkout"
Step (3): Select the payment menthod you prefer (please read the Payment Method)
Step (4): Once your oder and payment are made, you will receive an order confirmation and invoice thru email
Remark: Successful checkout requires login. You may follow Step (3) first and then Step (1) before checkout.
2) Once your order is received, we will send you the invoice with shipping and payment information for your order thru email.
3) Once we arrange and send out your goods, your credit card will be charged.
How are the goods be shipped - by EMS, air or sea mail?
We ship everywhere reached
Unless specially instructed, we use EMS (Express Mail Service) speedpost by a Thailand government organization - Thailand Post http://track.thailandpost.com/trackinternet/Default.aspx?lang=en for all countries. EMS is most reliable and fastest.
Air or surface sea mail, we don't normally suggest, is not really reliable as we have lost several parcels via air or surface sea mail. However, if buyers insist to use air or surface sea mail, we will surely follow their instructions, but please be reminded that in case the parcel gets lost by air or sea mail, buyers need to claim their own lost.
For shipment to Malaysia and Indonesia, unless specially instructed, we use DPEX (www.dpex.com), an internnational courier service company that provides door-to-door service.
Buyers are also welcomed to pick up the goods at our shops in Bangkok or use their own shippers like DHL or FEDEX.
How much does the shipping cost?

For all countries, please refer to http://www.thailandpost.com/search_ems_en.asp for shipping cost. The shipping cost depends on the way of delivery and the weight of your parcel. Unless instructed, we use EMS speedpost that is most reliable and fastest.
Summer clothings weight about 0.3KG per piece. You can then have a rough idea of how much shipping cost will be.
Once your order is received, we will send you the invoice with shipping and payment information for your order thru email.
How long can I receive my goods?
For paid orders without replacement needed, we normally need 4 working days to arrange, check and pack the goods before sending out the parcel.
Once sent out by EMS for most Asian countries like Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Vietnam . . . , the parcels takes about 2-3 days to arrive.
Once sent out by EMS for other foreign countries like Australia, US, UK, Canada, Poland, Swedan, France . . . , the parcels takes about 2-4 days to arrive.
Remark 1: Orders with replacement need takes 3 more days for the replacement items to be arranged.
Remark 2: Air mail takes several more days to arrive while surface (sea) mail takes up to three months to arrive in most countries
Can I cancel my order after I place an order?

You are surely free to cancel the order before payment made.
After payment made - No!
Paid orders cannot be cancelled (No exception).

How do I know the quality of your products?
Products' quality
We try our best to keep the quality good as we can and almost 90% buyers place their subsequent orders after the first order.
Our products are belong to high-level products. The pictures of these products are taken from real objects, buyers can be worry-free to place orders
What if the products received are defective, can I return or exchange for new ones?
After-sale service
Please be informed the fact that most minor problems can be easily fixed as products are checked twice for no prominent defects before packing.
